In a sweeping international operation, law enforcement authorities from Spain, France, Germany, and other nations, with support from Europol, INTERPOL, and the DEA, dismantled one of the most elusive and powerful drug trafficking networks operating in Europe.

The operation involved over 500 officers and took place across multiple locations, including Navarre, Jerez, Sanlúcar, Ibiza, and French cities like Chennevières-sur-Marne. The group trafficked hashish and cocaine using camouflaged trucks, narco-boats, and convoy-style routes.

17 individuals were arrested (15 now in pre-trial detention), and seizures included:

  • 2,000+ kg of hashish
  • 24 kg of cocaine
  • Luxury vehicles (including a €400,000 Rolls Royce)
  • Properties in Ibiza and southern Spain
  • Weapons, forged documents, and encrypted phones

The organization had a sophisticated money laundering structure, using shell companies, frontmen, and transfers to countries like Luxembourg. Spanish authorities have frozen multiple assets, with international warrants issued for remaining suspects.

“This was a criminal network with tentacles in multiple countries, operating with near-military precision. Dismantling it required international unity, coordination, and months of undercover work.”

Authorities emphasized the long-term impact of dismantling both the operational and financial structures of the group. Europol confirmed that further investigations are underway to identify all remaining connections and assets.
